Pesky Birds

We have toiled over the years turning our red clay into dark nutrient rich soil. Although I am so pleased to see the rewards of this process, so are the dadgum ROBINS! My newly planted veggie garden is teeming with these buggers, and they're stealing all my precious earthworms I so lovingly encouraged into our little patch of earth.

So do you think this guy will scare them?

Hardly! Those taunting birds will not be deterred. They have left their mark on every fence post and take pleasure in seeing me water the garden, getting their dinner ready. Grrrr.....

So while I figure out what to do with my pesky bird problem, I'll be enjoying watching the fruit on this tree blossom and grow.
