You know how one thing leads to another? I gave a little history on our tiny cottage here in the Oregon foothills of the coast range in my last post. How Panther Creek Cottage would be turning 100 years old. Then about shelter in general. Did you watch the cool video by Lloyd Kahn? Oh you gotta! Then I came across this photo of my grandaughter and thought of how proud she was of the little shelter she built for a woolly worm. If you look closely you can see him all curled up there on his little bed of leaves. Ahhhh...
Food, warmth and shelter is instinctual for us humans.
And of course, love, even for a caterpillar.
